Description
Coherent Corp. is hiring a senior-level EHS Manager for its Järfälla, Sweden site. The role owns all environmental, health, and safety activities, including occupational safety, environmental compliance, fire safety, emergency preparedness, risk management, audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement under Swedish legislation, corporate standards, and ISO 14001/45001. The manager leads the site EHS function, develops the deputy EHS Lead Officer, partners with Quality, represents the company to authorities and external stakeholders, and reports to the Regional EHS Leader, EMEA. The position is hybrid with three days on-site per week and requires a relevant university degree, LSO and LBE certifications or willingness to obtain them, fluency in Swedish and English, and experience in high-risk manufacturing or industrial environments.
