Coherent Corp. is hiring a senior-level EHS Manager for its Järfälla site in Sweden. The role owns all environmental, health, and safety activities, including occupational safety, environmental compliance, fire safety, emergency preparedness, risk management, audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement. The manager leads the site EHS function, coaches the deputy EHS Lead Officer, partners with Quality, reports to the Regional EHS Leader for EMEA, and represents the company before authorities, auditors, insurers, and external stakeholders. The position is hybrid with three days on-site per week.
