Coherent Corp. is hiring a senior-level EHS Manager for its Järfälla site in Sweden. The role owns all environmental, health, and safety activities, including occupational safety, environmental compliance, fire safety, emergency preparedness, risk management, audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement. The manager will lead the site EHS function, coach the deputy EHS Lead Officer, work with Quality, report to the Regional EHS Leader for EMEA, and represent the company to authorities, auditors, insurers, and other stakeholders. The position is hybrid with three days on-site per week.
