Description
Forgen is hiring an EHS Manager to lead the implementation and administration of its environmental, health, and safety program across selected civil, geotechnical, and specialty construction projects. The role supports project teams, develops and audits Health and Safety Plans, supervises EHS personnel, conducts training and incident investigations, performs air sampling and monitoring, manages compliance and PPE, and provides safety performance data. It requires a bachelor's or advanced degree in a safety, engineering, construction, or related discipline, a BCSP designation, at least five years of safety-program management experience, and a valid driver's license. The position is based in Houston, Texas and Louisiana, with a flexible work model for most non-craft positions and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
