Description
The Aspers EHS Manager will lead environmental, health, and safety programs at a multi-process bottling facility and beverage distribution center. The role develops compliance plans, manages regulatory audits and incidents, oversees workers compensation, implements training and continuous-improvement initiatives, supports emergency response, and drives safety culture and performance improvement. The position requires at least three years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, with ISO environmental management systems, CSP or CIH certification, ergonomic risk reduction, communication, analytical, and 24/7 on-call capabilities preferred or required. Compensation is $96,800 to $140,000, with medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, and an annual performance bonus.
