Description
The Environmental, Health and Safety Manager leads the site’s environmental compliance, employee health and safety, regulatory reporting, permits, inspections, CAPA, incident management, and continuous-improvement programs. Reporting to the Plant Director, the role manages EHS systems, budgets, and team performance while driving zero incidents and full compliance with FSAI, HSA, EPA, OSHA, and other applicable regulations. The position requires 4–6 years of environmental, health and safety experience in manufacturing, at least 2 years of safety leadership experience, and offers a salary range of $96,800 to $140,000 plus benefits and an annual bonus.
