Nox Metals is hiring a full-time, in-person Environmental Health & Safety Manager in Ferndale, Michigan. The role will design and implement an EHS program from the ground up, train shift leads and new hires, conduct hazard assessments and incident investigations, manage OSHA/MIOSHA records and permits, oversee PPE and equipment safety controls, and collaborate with operations and software teams on engineering controls. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least seven years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial settings; metals or CNC manufacturing, ITAR, OSHA 30, CSP, and AI-tool experience are preferred.
