Periodic Labs is hiring an EHS Manager to build and operate its safety architecture for a high-complexity materials science laboratory. The role covers permitting, chemical inventory and hazard communication, inspections, life-safety and process-safety systems, HAZOP/PHA/FMEA and risk assessments, operational readiness, machine safeguarding for autonomous systems, and training an AI to reason about process hazards. It requires 10+ years of EHS, process safety, or chemical-operations experience, a bachelor’s degree or similar experience, and on-site work in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
