Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is hiring an EHS Manager to lead and manage the environmental, health, and safety program at a beverage production site. The role supports operations and the plant director, oversees compliance, audits, permits, waste, incident investigations, training, KPIs, and personnel actions, and coordinates with HR and waste contractors. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, five years of management experience, EHS and environmental qualifications, and fluency in English and Spanish. The position may require weekend, evening, overnight, holiday, and site-to-site travel, and offers a $110,000–$145,000 base pay range plus performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
