CJ Schwan’s is hiring an EHS Manager in Salina, Kansas to lead safety, health, environmental, and risk management programs across logistics and distribution centers. The role partners with DC leadership, ensures regulatory compliance, leads incident investigations and corrective actions, develops safety training and employee engagement programs, manages environmental and workers’ compensation processes, and supports emergency preparedness and business continuity. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least seven years of progressive EHS experience in logistics, distribution, manufacturing, transportation, or warehouse operations, along with strong regulatory, communication, leadership, and training skills. The position offers a base salary of $93,000 to $154,000 annually plus a potential 15% annual incentive bonus and comprehensive health benefits.
