CJ Schwan’s is hiring an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager for its Sidney, Ohio pizza manufacturing factory. The role leads safety, environmental, and risk-management programs; ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; conducts inspections, audits, investigations, and training; manages hazards and contractor compliance; and develops and manages EHS specialists. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of EHS-related experience, prior management experience, and knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations. The base salary is $93,000 to $154,000 annually, with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus.
