CJ Schwan’s is hiring an EHS Manager for its frozen ice cream and specialty foods plant in Marshall, Minnesota. The role oversees workplace safety and environmental compliance, including safety programs, inspections, training, accident investigations, hazard controls, regulatory reporting, and contractor and vendor compliance. Candidates need at least seven years of related experience, including manufacturing experience, a bachelor’s degree in environmental health, public health, or a similar field, and experience with loss control, industrial health and safety, managed care, return-to-work, and claims management. The position offers a base salary of $93,000 to $154,000 annually plus a potential 15% annual incentive bonus and comprehensive health benefits.
