Description
Spreetail is hiring a Safety Manager to lead proactive safety programs across its fulfillment center. The role owns OSHA recordable incidents, ORIR and LTI rates, safety training completion, monthly audits, emergency response, workers’ compensation claims, and corrective actions, while conducting floor-level walk-throughs, incident investigations, and root-cause analyses. The position requires at least three years of safety or EHS experience, regulatory and multi-shift experience, and the ability to work independently without Safety Supervisor support.
