Description
Stabilus is hiring an Environmental Health and Safety Manager for its U.S. headquarters in Gastonia, North Carolina. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the role leads and maintains environmental, health, and safety programs; ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; supports ISO14001 and ISO45001; leads audits, incident investigations, risk assessments, training, safety committees, and corrective actions; and coordinates EHS risks and regulatory reporting across the organization. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 5–10 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, and preferred OSHA, EPA, and DOT certifications.
