Description
Sterling is hiring a full-time Environmental Health and Safety Manager to provide EHS direction and training for Environmental Construction Services job sites and facilities. The role administers compliance programs, conducts inspections, enforces safety and environmental regulations, leads incident investigations, supports safety training and program management, and coordinates with regulatory agencies and Human Resources. The position requires overnight travel and up to 85% travel between job sites, remote yards, and Sterling facilities. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least five years of related experience; a bachelor’s degree in occupational safety or a related field is preferred. The salary is $75,000 to $95,000 annually, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
