Description
The EHS Manager will lead occupational safety and environmental compliance at a high-volume bakery manufacturing facility in Gainesville, Georgia. The role oversees OSHA and Georgia EPD compliance, safety programs, hazard analysis, inspections, incident investigations, corrective actions, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems, training, emergency preparedness, safety metrics, regulatory reporting, and environmental permits. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 8–10+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, and 2–3+ years of EHS team management or supervisory experience.
