The role leads plant safety and regulatory compliance, including Process Safety Management, hazard studies, management of change, security, environmental monitoring, incident investigations, emergency response, training, and contractor coordination. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in environmental science, industrial hygiene, or a related field, at least five years of EHS experience in a chemical manufacturing environment, and strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
