Vibrant Ingredients is hiring an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead the EHS function at its Indianapolis facility. The role manages environmental programs, regulatory compliance, safety culture, audits, risk assessments, corrective actions, reporting, and security efforts, with consistent engagement on the plant floor. It requires 4–6 years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and ANSI standards, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS software.
