Redwood Materials is hiring a full-time EHS Manager – Construction to directly manage a team of on-site Construction Safety/EHS Specialists across multiple concurrent utility-scale battery energy storage and manufacturing EPC projects in the United States. The role translates EHS program strategy into standardized site execution, oversees safety plans, audits, incident investigations, training, regulatory compliance, subcontractor programs, and safety performance reporting, and coordinates with customers, general contractors, and project teams. The position requires 10+ years of construction EHS experience, including 5+ years supervising EHS professionals, and offers up to 40% travel across project sites.
