Turner & Townsend is hiring an experienced EHS Manager for a site-based role supporting major data center construction projects in Madrid. The position is responsible for developing and monitoring the project EHS plan, leading safety meetings, supervising client and outsourced EHS resources, approving contractor safety plans, reviewing high-risk activities, leading investigations, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and local codes. Candidates should have at least eight years of experience in EHS leadership, experience on large-scale complex construction projects, data center experience preferred, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.
