Flex is hiring an EHS Manager in Tczew, Poland to lead the company’s Health, Safety and Environment program. The role oversees HSE policy and compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, develops safety and recycling procedures, monitors workplace risks, manages accident and inspection documentation, supports workstation and equipment safety design, and coordinates audits and stakeholder activities. The position requires a relevant university or postgraduate degree, knowledge of occupational health, environmental and fire protection regulations, English and Polish proficiency, Microsoft Office skills, and strong decision-making and teamwork abilities.
