Primark is hiring an in-store Retail Operations Support role to support the Store Manager and EHS & Operations In-Store Lead with operational and environment, health and safety tasks. The role handles POS pricing, price adjustments, productivity reporting, customer queries, stock and system updates, contractor and technical-fault follow-up, lost-property management, supply ordering, audits, PPE and first-aid-kit checks, and EHS training. It requires strong communication, planning, organisational, administrative, computer, interpersonal, and customer-service skills, along with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
