BD is hiring an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Process Safety Leader to oversee High Hazard and Process Safety Management programs across its Covington and Madison facilities. The role leads process hazard analyses, management of change, root cause investigations, pre-startup safety reviews, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, training, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, maintenance, facilities, and operations teams. A bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Process Engineering, or an equivalent field and three years of leading EHS processes in a manufacturing environment are required; three years in a PSM or RMP-regulated environment and fire-loss prevention experience are preferred. The primary work location is Madison, Georgia, with frequent on-site collaboration and a minimum of four days of in-office presence per week for most roles.
