MP Materials is hiring an EHS Systems Manager to design, implement, and manage integrated Environmental, Health, and Safety systems across its Texas manufacturing operations, including the 10X Facility in Northlake and the Independence facility in Fort Worth. The role leads ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification readiness, regulatory compliance, EHS data platforms, training, risk-based environmental programs, and integration of EHS requirements into facility design, construction, commissioning, and management of change. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or higher, experience building EHS systems in manufacturing or industrial environments, and expertise with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations.
