Google is hiring a full-time EHS Program Manager to lead the full lifecycle of Environment, Health and Safety programs, including EHS operational tools, incident data, risk evaluations, AHJ compliance, permits, KPIs, and the turn-up of new data center locations. The role requires site ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and more than 10% domestic travel, with a US base salary range of $132,000 to $190,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least two years of experience in program or project management and EHS operations, including regulatory compliance, risk assessments, incident investigation, contractor management, and stakeholder engagement.
