Description
Amazon is hiring a Workplace, Health, and Safety (WHS) Program Manager to partner with regional and global leaders and protect the safety of Information Technology team members across Amazon's worldwide operations. The role owns safety programs from inception through implementation, leads incident investigations, develops corrective actions and safety campaigns, conducts site visits, creates standards and training materials, and presents data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. The position requires program or project management experience, safety or environmental program experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, relevant safety certification, and GenAI fluency; SQL, Excel, technical writing, global-company experience, and ISO 45000/45001 knowledge are preferred.
