Metalsa is hiring a full-time EHS Specialist in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, to lead workplace safety and environmental compliance at an automotive manufacturing facility. The role includes hazard identification, incident investigations and root-cause analysis, safety training, inspections and audits, KPI and corrective-action tracking, workers’ compensation case management, LOTO audits, EHS policy updates, and management of environmental programs and reporting such as ISO 14001, GHG emissions, SWPPP, BMP, SPCC, wastewater, air permits, TRI, Tier 2, and stormwater compliance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in EHS, occupational safety, or a related field with 2–5 years of relevant experience, or 2–5 years of health, environmental, or safety experience in manufacturing.
