Description
The role combines environmental, health, and safety management with food safety, quality, and laboratory operations at an AMPI manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include EHS training and compliance, industrial hygiene, hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, safety inspections, workers’ compensation administration, DOT compliance, safety metrics, food safety testing, laboratory sample analysis, equipment calibration, recordkeeping, and regulatory reporting. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in safety management, industrial health and safety, safety engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
