Bimeda is hiring an experienced EHS Specialist in the Minneapolis area for a full-time regular role with a hybrid schedule requiring three days per week onsite. The position oversees environmental, health, and safety programs; regulatory compliance; safety management systems; incident investigations; environmental permitting and waste management; safety audits; risk assessments; and EHS metrics. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least six years of industrial EHS program management experience, multi-site operations experience, and strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other regulations. The role offers $80,000–$100,000 in compensation, health insurance, retirement savings, paid time off, life insurance, and an employee assistance program.
