Description
The EHS Specialist will oversee and improve environmental, health, and safety compliance for construction projects. Responsibilities include preparing and implementing site-specific health and safety plans, conducting site safety and environmental reviews, training employees, enforcing OSHA-aligned programs, investigating incidents, maintaining compliance records, managing environmental and industrial hygiene procedures and permits, supporting project teams, and participating in safety committees. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of construction EHS experience, OSHA training, Microsoft Office proficiency, a driver's license, and willingness to travel 10–50% to job sites.
