EHS Specialist at H.B. Fuller

H.B. Fuller is hiring an onsite EHS Specialist to lead a manufacturing facility’s Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Sustainability programs. The role oversees regulatory compliance, safety training, accident investigations, emergency response, environmental permits and waste, industrial hygiene, process safety, and continuous improvement while partnering with employees, supervisors, and leadership. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, experience with EHS regulations, training, investigations, and chemical manufacturing or industrial hygiene experience is preferred. The role is onsite at a plant operating 24 hours per day on a five-day schedule, with travel of up to 10% and a salary of $85,000 to $125,000.
