Description
Ideal Electric is hiring an experienced EHS Specialist to work full time at its Mansfield, Ohio manufacturing facility. The role serves as an active safety presence on the production floor, ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations, develops EHS policies, conducts inspections and risk assessments, leads incident investigations, coordinates safety training, monitors environmental metrics, supports regulatory audits, and collaborates with production and cross-functional teams. The position requires at least three to five years of EHS experience in manufacturing, heavy-industry experience, US citizenship, and the ability to work flexible hours, overtime, occasional weekends, holidays, and nights, with occasional travel.
