Brunswick Corporation is hiring an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist for its Brownsburg Plant 103 distribution center. The onsite role reports to the Sr. EHS Manager and focuses approximately 90% on safety and occupational health and 10% on environmental compliance. Responsibilities include developing and managing safety programs, workforce training, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, emergency response, workers’ compensation claims, environmental reporting, waste and SPCC compliance, and supporting additional locations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of safety, health, or environmental experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment, with 20% travel required. The annual pay range is $86,500 to $126,800, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
