Description

Saronic Technologies is hiring an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist to support production and engineering operations. The role oversees EHS training programs, coordinates instructor-led and self-paced training, manages training budgets and resources, supports regulatory compliance, audits, inspections, emergency drills, and continuous improvement, and uses data analytics to evaluate program performance. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least two years of EHS or technical training experience, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, public health, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: At least 2 years of experience in EHS or technical training
Preferred Qualifications: Professional EHS certification such as ASP, CSP, CIH, or CHMM
At least 2 years of EHS-specific or technical manufacturing training experience
Understanding of federal, state, and local EHS regulations, including OSHA, EPA/TCEQ, and DOT requirements
Experience developing and implementing EHS training programs focused on injury prevention and risk reduction
Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Experience conducting EHS training for diverse audiences
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EHS software applications
