Description
Forgen is hiring an EHS Specialist II to serve as an experienced onsite safety leader for high-profile civil, geotechnical, environmental, industrial, or similar projects in Louisiana and Texas. The role leads safety audits, hazard analyses, incident investigations, training, compliance activities, air monitoring, and EHS reporting; mentors junior safety professionals; and manages PPE, certifications, and project safety performance. It requires 5–10+ years of progressive safety experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong communication and coaching skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid U.S. driver’s license. The position involves field travel, physical site work, and exposure to heavy machinery, chemicals, confined spaces, and heights, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, bonuses, paid time off, and other benefits.
