Description
The Environmental Health and Safety Manager is responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant workplace across Mentor Technical Group’s life sciences operations. The role oversees regulatory compliance, incident and near-miss investigations, training, inspections, corrective actions, environmental and waste programs, worker compensation, management of change, and relationships with operations, clients, and regulatory agencies. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial hygiene, or a related social science field, along with the ability to perform physically demanding work in potentially hazardous environments.
