Description
The EHS Supervisor will support Array Tech’s Midway facility by overseeing environmental, health, and safety operations, conducting audits and inspections, leading accident investigations, developing training programs, maintaining EHS documentation, supporting workers’ compensation processes, and leading on-site EHS technicians. The role requires 3–5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, knowledge of OSHA and ISO standards, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication skills; experience in renewable energy or solar manufacturing, ISNET World familiarity, occasional travel, and Spanish fluency are preferred.
