Description
Sika is hiring an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety activities at its Bac Ninh site and support other sites as needed. The role oversees compliance with Vietnamese regulations and Sika Group and ISO 14001/45001 requirements, manages inspections, hazard and risk assessments, incident investigations, training, audits, emergency preparedness, security guard compliance, reporting, and external stakeholder coordination. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in environment, safety, or a related field and at least five years of EHS experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
