Description
The EHS Talent Acceleration Program is a one-year manufacturing-plant assignment followed by six months to one year at a different plant or as directed by Corporate EHS, with approximately 75% tactical and 25% strategic work. The role develops and implements safety and environmental programs, trains associates and new hires, identifies hazards, reviews capital projects, leads incident investigations, conducts EHS audits, manages environmental compliance, and develops resource-conservation programs. It is based in Kiel, Wisconsin or Pine Island, Minnesota, requires relocation, offers up to 20% travel, and pays $70,000.
