The role involves identifying safety risks at project previews and active sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company policies, maintaining safety records and training certifications, training employees, and disciplining non-compliant employees and subcontractors. The position requires extensive safety experience, strong communication and recordkeeping skills, knowledge of construction safety regulations, and the ability to access heights via ladders or scaffolding.
