Description
Chemelex is hiring an Electrical Heat Trace (EHT) Engineering Intern for its Syncrude (Mildred Lake) site in Fort McMurray. The role involves designing and analyzing EHT systems, preparing construction and quality work packages, supporting project progress, procurement, change orders, documentation, and field checks in a live plant. Candidates should be engineering students or emerging professionals with an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree, relevant industrial experience, strong communication and time-management skills, a valid driver’s license, and WHMIS/CSTS certification. The preferred work shift is Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, with 5–8 shifts available.
