The EiR Intern is a three-month, hands-on startup internship based in Berlin, Germany, with an ASAP start date. The intern rotates through technology, finance, marketing, operations, and growth, supports project execution and operational playbooks, analyzes trends, and collaborates with founders and leadership. Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor's degree, available for three months, fluent in German and English, and based in Berlin or willing to relocate; prior startup, venture-capital, or consulting experience is a plus. The role provides financial support of 450 EUR and learning opportunities with founders and industry professionals.
