The role handles guest calls, requests, reservations, changes, cancellations, Marriott Rewards processing, up-selling, complimentary awards, and general office support for Marriott’s Sales and Marketing function. It also involves welcoming guests, maintaining professional standards, supporting employee training and motivation, and monitoring quality. The preferred qualifications are a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and at least two years of related work experience; no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
