Description
The Claims Handler will manage a caseload of EL/PL delegated-authority fixed-fee cases, including pre-action disclosure, infant approval hearings, and other delegated-authority matters, in collaboration with a Technical Support Lawyer. The role involves reviewing evidence, conducting investigations, instructing counsel and experts, negotiating and drafting orders, managing client SLAs, and ensuring compliance with SRA Standards and Regulations. It is based at the Parklands Bolton office, requires 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday, and offers medical, pension, and other employee benefits.
