Description
The Claims Handler will manage a caseload of EL/PL delegated-authority fixed-fee cases, including pre-action disclosure, infant approval hearings, and other delegated-authority matters, in collaboration with a Technical Support Lawyer. The role involves reviewing evidence, conducting investigations, instructing counsel and experts, negotiating and drafting payments, orders, and cost schedules, and maintaining client-service standards. It is based at the Parklands, Bolton office, with a 35-hour Monday-to-Friday schedule.
