August Schell is hiring an Elasticsearch Engineer to support a cybersecurity, network architecture, and mission support project for a Department of Defense customer. The role involves designing and maintaining Elastic Stack solutions, aggregating logs, developing Kibana visualizations and alerting, managing log ingestion pipelines, deploying systems to meet federal security requirements, and leading engineering initiatives. The engineer must work hybrid and go onsite at Fort Meade, with two years of experience in a DoD or Federal IT environment, an active Top Secret clearance, and DoD 8570 IAM/IA Technical Level II certification.
