Description
The role develops and optimizes elastomer material formulations and bonding systems for composite materials, supports laboratory-to-production scale-up, introduces new formulations at production sites, and provides technical support for material-related issues, deviations, and complaints. It also develops laboratory methods for rubber-compound characterization and contributes to continuous improvement through experimental planning and evaluation. The position requires hands-on experience with plastics or rubber materials, knowledge of rubber-processing equipment, German and English communication skills, and a chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or comparable qualification.
