Description
Bet Tzedek Legal Services is hiring an Elder Law Staff Attorney to provide direct legal services and advocacy for older and dependent adults in the Los Angeles area. The role covers elder abuse intervention, probate conservatorship, public benefits, estate planning, outreach, policy advocacy, volunteer and pro bono attorney coordination, case management, and grant deliverables. The position may be hybrid or remote at the supervisor’s discretion, but candidates must live in Southern California and be able to commute when needed. Attorney I and Attorney II levels are available, with California Bar membership required; Attorney II additionally requires five years of attorney practice, three years of elder law and advocacy experience, and litigation experience.
