ABB is hiring an onsite Production Supervisor in Mebane, North Carolina to lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations for Low Voltage switchgear and related electrical distribution products. The role manages production budgets, schedules, workforce allocation, capacity, quality, safety, delivery, and continuous improvement while developing production employees and collaborating with operational excellence and supply chain teams. Candidates need at least five years of manufacturing experience, with supervisory or team leadership experience preferred, along with knowledge of ERP systems, inventory control, production planning, and Microsoft Office.
