Description
The eLearning Manager will lead the design, development, maintenance, and lifecycle management of self-paced eLearning experiences for the elluminate Clinical Data Cloud platform. The role manages the eLearning team, coordinates with SMEs and cross-functional partners, establishes content strategy and quality standards, applies AI and learning technologies, and uses analytics and feedback to improve learner experiences. The position requires at least five years of eLearning development experience, proficiency with authoring and learning-management tools, strong project coordination and organizational skills, and experience with AI in eLearning development.
